Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Vendor Terms govern the relationship between YUUNRI and Vendors offering products on the platform. By registering as a Vendor, you agree to these Terms and the Vendor Agreement.

2. Vendor Status

Vendors act in their own name and on their own account. Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Product legality, quality, safety, and compliance
  • Food safety, hygiene, labelling, allergens, and expiry dates
  • Tax compliance and invoicing
3. Listings and Fulfilment

Vendors must ensure accurate product listings and timely fulfilment of orders. Failure to respond to order or shipping requests may result in penalties as defined in the Vendor Agreement.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. Payouts are made to the Vendor’s registered bank account, minus applicable fees.

5. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Vendors are solely responsible for withdrawals, returns, refunds, and warranty claims. YUUNRI may facilitate communication but does not issue refunds.

6. Suspension and Termination

YUUNRI may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts in cases of breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to platform integrity or consumers.

7. Liability

Vendors indemnify YUUNRI against claims arising from product defects, food safety violations, or regulatory non-compliance.
